配送方法について
配送方法は当店指定の方法とし、原則としてお客様がお選び頂くことは出来ません。
日付指定や時間帯のご指定も原則として承っておりません。

配送日数について
当店では、他業者に委託する配送を除いた当店での配送に関しては基本的に、3-5日以内となっております。

なお、自然災害や大規模な催し等が開催される地域においてはその限りではございません。予めご了承ください。

配送中の破損等について
梱包の際は外箱にキズや凹みが付かないよう十分に配慮の上に出荷準備をいたしますが、配送業者に引き渡し後、輸送中に何らかのトラブルや配送業者の責任によって損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。
本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱のキズや凹み等はご容赦頂けますようお願い申し上げます。

配送料金について
・お香：700円
・オブジェ：1480円
※離島沖縄は、それぞれ1650円の配送料が加算されます。

Shipping Method

The shipping method will be selected by our store, and customers cannot choose the carrier or delivery method.
We also do not accept specific date or time requests for delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

Damage During Shipping

We take great care in packaging your order to avoid any damage to the outer box.
However, once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, there is a possibility of damage occurring during transit due to accidents or mishandling by the carrier.
Minor dents or scratches on the outer packaging that do not affect the product itself are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We kindly ask for your understanding.

We are pleased to offer international shipping to the following regions:
Europe, United States, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
After reviewing the situation, we will respond with either a replacement or a refund.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges after the item has been used.

  • Shipping Method: All international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided with every order, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 8 to 14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees vary based on the weight of your order. You can view the shipping cost at checkout.

  • Customs & Import Taxes: Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
